Accessibility is all about how we provide service to meet each customer’s need. Accessibility benefits everyone.  We all require different approaches to access information, goods and services.  We at Gowan Consulting support accessible customer service. We believe that our services can benefit everyone in some way but in order to access our services each person may require adjustments to how we provide service or information.

As Occupational Therapists and disability management consultants we aim to provide service in the way that meets our customers’ abilities.  We are committed to providing the best service for your needs. If you have the need for alternate formats, different communication strategies or changes to how we provide accessible service please let our consultant know what you require.  We promise to work collaboratively with you to get access to the services that you need in the way that you require that service to be delivered.
